Why RN delegation
Residents stay where they already live
Delegation lets a community accept and keep residents it would otherwise turn away — provided the caregivers giving medications are properly trained and checked off.

Delegation gives communities the flexibility to take residents who fit their community, within their own guidelines, rather than the narrower set a building can serve without it.
It only works if the people administering medications know what they are doing and can show it. That training is what we do.
The delegation itself — the nurse who assesses a resident and signs off on the plan — comes from Engagement Through Education.
Need the delegating nurse, not the training?
Resident assessments, oversight, service-plan sign-off and the 24/7 line are delivered by our sister company, Engagement Through Education. We train the team; they deliver the nursing service.
