RN Delegation Academy is a nurse-led RN delegation provider, founded and led by Stephanie Berman, RN, MSN, CALM.
After losing a loved one to a medication error, Stephanie turned to education to support care team members and families in assisted living communities and at home.
We do both halves of delegation. We build and deliver the training, and we provide the delegating nurse — resident assessments, oversight, service-plan sign-off and the 24/7 line.
Keeping them together is deliberate. The nurse who signs off on your team's work is part of the same operation that trained them, so nothing is lost in the handover between a classroom and a clinical decision.
