Built by a nurse who saw what was missing
RN Delegation Academy is a training provider, founded and led by Stephanie Berman, RN, MSN, CALM.
After losing a loved one to a medication error, Stephanie turned to education to support care team members and families in assisted living communities and at home.
We are the classroom, not the clinic. We build and deliver the training; we do not provide the delegating nurse. RN delegation services come from our sister company, Engagement Through Education, and the delegation record lives in ETE's own portal.
That split is deliberate. It means the training your team takes and the nurse who signs off on their work are part of the same operation, without either pretending to be the other.
Need the delegating nurse, not the training?
Resident assessments, oversight, service-plan sign-off and the 24/7 line are delivered by our sister company, Engagement Through Education. We train the team; they deliver the nursing service.
