What the training covers
What good looks like, before it matters
The five rights, safe administration, and how to recognise and report an incident — taught before the day someone needs it.

Training covers the five rights of delegation, safe medication administration, documentation, and how to recognise when something has gone wrong.
Incident reporting is part of the course rather than an afterthought: what counts as an incident, who to tell, and what to write down while it is still fresh.
Acting on a live incident is a clinical decision and belongs with the delegating nurse. Communities working with Engagement Through Education have that nurse on call; we make sure the team recognises the moment and reports it properly.
Need the delegating nurse, not the training?
Resident assessments, oversight, service-plan sign-off and the 24/7 line are delivered by our sister company, Engagement Through Education. We train the team; they deliver the nursing service.
