What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Effective August 24, 2026
Who we are
RN Delegation Academy (“RNDA,” “we,” “us”) provides medication delegation training for assisted living care teams. This policy covers this website, rndelegationacademy.com, and nothing else.
Two other systems are outside it. RN delegation services — the delegating nurse, resident assessments and sign-offs — are delivered by our sister company, Engagement Through Education, which publishes its own policy. The portal at app.engagementthrougheducation.com, where the delegation record is kept, is a separate application with its own account data and its own terms.
Nothing about a resident reaches this website. If you are looking for how resident records are handled, that is the portal's policy, not this one.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no logins and no comments. There is one way we collect anything about you, and the categories are:
- Identifiers and contact details — your name and email address, from the contact form.
- Professional information — the organization you name, and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
Sensitive data we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data. That includes health or medical information, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric or genetic data, and data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, or immigration status.
This matters more here than on most sites. We work in medication delegation training, so it is natural to describe a resident when asking a question — please do not. The contact form is not a clinical channel and is not the place for resident health information. If you include any, we will remove it from our records once we have dealt with your enquiry, even though we keep the enquiry itself. Clinical questions about a specific resident belong with the delegating nurse, which is Engagement Through Education, not us.
Why we collect it
We use contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry, to discuss training for your team, and to keep a record of our relationship with you so we can follow up about scheduling and courses.
We store enquiries in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, we do not sell or rent them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the providers listed below.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural or targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Because we do neither, there is nothing here to opt out of on those grounds. We also do not run the kind of advertising technology that a browser-level opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control is designed to switch off; if that changes, this policy changes with it and we will honour those signals.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries indefinitely. Contact form submissions reach us by email and are stored in our CRM, and we do not delete them on a schedule — a community that asks about training one year often comes back the next, and the history is what lets us pick the conversation back up rather than start over.
Indefinite is not permanent against your wishes. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time and we will, subject only to anything we are legally required to keep. See your rights below.
Your rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we extend the same handling to everyone who contacts us rather than checking where you live. You may:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data, and access it.
- Correct inaccuracies in the personal data you gave us.
- Delete personal data we hold about you.
- Obtain a copy of the data you provided, in a portable format.
- Opt out of sale, targeted advertising or significant profiling — none of which we do.
How to make a request, and how to appeal
Send your request through the contact form on this website, or email us. Tell us what you are asking for. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm the request genuinely comes from you; if we cannot verify it, we will say so rather than act on it.
We will respond within 45 days. If the request is complex we may take one further 45 days, and we will tell you before we do.
If we decline your request, we will explain why. You may then appeal by replying to that response or contacting us again and saying you are appealing. We will review it and give you a written answer within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a link to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
Where your data is processed
We are based in Texas and our service providers operate globally. Cloudflare serves this site from the network location nearest you, and Resend may process data outside your state or country. Submitting the form involves that processing.
Children
This website is intended for care-industry professionals. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not expect or seek contact from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are held in our CRM and email, both access-controlled and limited to the people who need them.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
