Courses cover medication administration, vitals, and infection control and PPE. Every one comes with the training materials, the tests and the skills check-offs, so what your team learned is on record rather than remembered.
Facilities can train a whole team at once, on their own schedule, and add new staff as they hire without waiting for the next scheduled class.
The delegating nurse is ours too. Resident assessments, oversight, service-plan review and sign-off and the 24/7 line come from the same place as the training, so the people who taught your team are the people standing behind their work.
